What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel your appointment AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT A 48 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE. Deposits remain non-refundable, with a one transfer allowance with at least 48 hour notice from original appointment.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
While we understand your preference for the same cleaning technician, we cannot guarantee that you will be scheduled will the same technician. Rest assured all of our technicians are experienced and will always provide amazing results.
